Build PC $800 AU

My mate needs the best PC for $800- AU. It will be used mainly for surfin web, music etc and bit of office work. I have built a few comps before and thought that it would also to have a look at someone elses build. So post your builds. One of the best sites I have found is MSY (http://www.msy.com.au) They have some of the best prices I have found.

Will he be running XP or Vista....2 gig of ram for Vista 1 for XP
