I've had good luck overclocking my TI 4200. I have mine running at core clock 300 & memory clock at 500. I found the overclocking software at Major Geeks. NVmax works http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?id=22

You can get a hack called COOL BITS from the web for simple overclocking. If you're going to game with this hack just step it up a lil at a time and see what works best.
Also note that the Nvidia site has a new release that will add some nice features to the card. I'd recommend them also.

i got my asus geforce 4 ti 4200 up to 300mhz core and 580mhz memory using thermal take giant 3! any more on the core and it started going dodgey!
