GeForce 4ti 4200 or GeForce FX 5600

Hey, i'am seacing for a good grafik card, i an looking right now at 2 card's as you can see in the "subject Field"

Now my question is:
Which, card should i pick, i wont spent more money than the price-class at the 2 card's

Plz help me solve my problem

i have g4 ti 4200 i think its good enough for me.. but really depends on you.. i got mine for $120 at swapmeet.. good price..

but i think 5600 is better than 4200 by a little few specifications..

Of the two get the 5600. (if it has to be nvidia)

Otherwise get an ATi 9600 Pro xT.
