Motherboard - P4

I currently have a soyo dragon sy-k7v motherboard with an athlon xp 1900 processor, but I am considering upgrading to a different type of motherboard and back to pentium because, sadly, AMD has lost the race in speed and speed is what you need when it comes to todays games and the likes.

ANYway, I'm looking for an affordable ($50-150) motherboard that can support the latest p4 cpus..i basically want a brand because i won't be buying anything soon because I have no money. Can someone refer me to a manufacturer's site that has a decent reputation? thanks.

Abit boards are very popular these days, offering a 3 year warranty, terrific overclocking abilities, good support, and quality components.

I second the ABIT motion. Just as recently as a few months ago, I was an ASUS fan, then got turned onto the ABIT's. IC7's are awesome. Maybe with a little more time, I may have a bad experience with them, but in the meantime I'll say to go with ABIT.
