system upgrade

how can i improve this sucker of a system:

AMD Duron 800 MHz
Gigabyte 7ZM
384 MB PC-133 SDRAM
ASUS Geforce4 MX440 with AGP8X
20GB 5400RPM Quantam Fireball
Pioneer DVD-ROM 16x40x
Liteon CD-RW 52x32x52
AC’97 Integrated Audio
Windows XP Professional

You have the same motherboard I have. It will handle up too 1200 to 1300 mh processor. A t-bird cpu should give you a nice boost.
You could also go for a new mb, cpu, and hard drive which would really do the trick.
An Abit Nf7 or Epox 8rda with a barton 2500 cpu and a 7200 rpm hard drive would be the best upgrade for the money. You would also have to spring for new ram with this combo.
Just my opinion of course. Lots of ways you can go depending on money as Loosechippings asked.
