Athlon XP 2800 Question

I'm thinking if upgrading my motherboard and CPU. Considering the Asus A7N8X.

Question regarding the Athlon XP 2800. It appears you can get one with either the Barton or T-Bred "B" core. I would think the Barton would be preferable since the L2 cache is larger. Wondering if there are any difference between overclocking this CPU with the Barton or T-Bred "B" core? Is the procedure the same? With the Asus A7N8X everything is done through the BIOS correct?

The Barton seems to be the more popular and high performing. Coupled with the Abit NF7, a very nice setup at very competitive prices. Abit is well-known for its overclocking abilities. Overclockers are running this setup at well over 3 gh. Abit does not have the ram compatability issues Asus does. Allow your PM and I will point you in the right direction.
