Yes. Most regular atx cases should have mounting holes for micro atx motherboards. It just means placing the risers which your motherboard sits on in the right holes. A regular case should also allow for decent airflow around such a small board, however if you want to save space there are cases around deisgned specially for micro atx boards. Stick a search for micro atx cases in google and you should find some reviews.
