RAM or CPU upgrade?

I have a P3 600 with 256 RAM.

Which would make my computer faster? Another 256 Mb of RAM or an upgrade to 933Mhz?

If I had a choice I would go with RAM,, again it depend with operating system, windows 9x does not take advantage of any more the 256 meg of ram !!!!

Thanks Snow. I'm running XP Home. I'm gonna get the RAM upgrade.

Now will this help with my computer slowing down when I have multiple windows open. I tend to open up more than 3 programs at once.

I have my DVD running while browsing and using Word or something else.
