1394 network bridges between 2k and Xp

Anybody knows why in the device manager of my Desktop with Windows 2k running.. I can't find the Microsoft 1394 PC and Microsoft NIC1394 driver after a correct installation of the card. all i get on the win2k side is drivers that cannot be found..on my laptop that i'm connecting it to everything seems fine
