Problem to install an IDE hd with and SCSI hd!!!

Hi Folks,
I would like to know if there has a special process to install an IDE hd when there has a SCSI hd that is already install?
Because i try to install and IDE hd and the system didn't recognize it!! (I use a Win 2000 Server)

Did you setup the IDE HDD in BIOS?

I sais yes, but sometime when we go to the BIOS setup the IDE hd is not recognize!
Maybe is it the jumper?

Are the IDE / ATA controllers showing as OK in Device Manager?

You must remember to save your settings when you exit BIOS.

Check the jumpers are set to whatever you are using the drive as on that IDE Channel.
