system hangs because of new Video card

Hi, Im having problem with my new video card.. everytime I play games like C&C Generals / Rise of Nation.. it hangs and I have to reboot my system... with normal application no problem. =(

I replace my old v-card (ati 9200 - 128MB) with MSI 5700LE - 256MB and after replacing it the problem started. Im very sure there is no problem with the video card. (I already tested 2 same Vcard and same
problem)

My unit is

AMD 2500+ Barton (not overclocked)
Gigabyte board 7VAXP-A Ultra
1025 (DDR 2700)
120GB Maxtor-SATA
80GB Maxtor
8xDVD MSI writer
52x CDROM
400 Watts PSU

Windows XP SP2 RC2 (everything is up to date)

I never set the overclock for the Vcard.
and I already updated the driver for the vcard even the bois of my mobo.


any idea?
