Radeon All-In-Wonder 7500 TV Output help

A friend of mine had previously set up my TV output so that I could show the same information (desktop, DVD, ect) on both my monitor and my TV at the same time.

I had to reinstall windows, and am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to configure my video card to get the TV output to work again. I have the latest driver from ATI. Any tips / advice would be appreciated.
