Asus A7Nx8 Deluxe problem

I'm having a wierd problem.

I'm thinking there is a compatabilty problem with my video card and motherboard.

The video card is a GeForce MX440se and the board is the Asus A7N8X deluxe. When standing up, the computer crashes, alot. It gives a physical memory dump and dies and often it will just cut off with no explanation and kill the bios info. When I put it on its side, it doesnt crash as often, but it crashes when playing a game (Like DAoC, its hard staying in a group when I keep crashing =/) randomly.

I emailed Asus asking them if there was anything known between the card and the board, but they said its probably that I need a bigger power supply. Upgraded my 350w to a 450w and still does it. I even changed out the card for the one in my roomate's computer (same card). I'm trying to get my friend to trade me cards for a day to test it on another card. If that doesnt work that means its the board and I've owned the thing for over a year and I dont think I can send it back....

Any advice would rock.
