blue screen

please help...

This is the error message i get - blue screen, happens every 20-45 minutes.

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced start up options adn then select safe mode.

Technical Information:

***STOP: 0x000007A (0AC03E66C, 0XC03E66C, 0XC000000E, 0XF999BACC, 0X05B41860)

***atapi.sys - Address F999BACC base at F998C000, date stamp 3b7d83e5

Beginning Physical Dump of Memory.

The next time it froze, the blue screen was the same except for the technical info at the bottom which said:

***STOP: 0x00000077 (0xc000000e, 0xc000000e, 0x00000000, 0x00570000)

and the atapi.sys line was not there.

The next time it froze, the blue screen was the same except the technical info at the bottom which said:

***STOP: 0X0000007A (0XE155F244, 0XC000000E, 0XBF881778, 0X07B88860)
