Help! pci card kick off onboard sound

hallo!
I install pci fm tuner, and winxp does not see my on-board sound device! Completely! in control panel, under "sounds and audio devices" it says - no audio device. But if i remove tuner from pci, it appears immediatly(after restart, ofcourse).
I have winxp, p4, mb-845pe
By remove&install i found that they both use same I/O. Could it be a problem?

Manual says: update drivers for your sound device. Already done - problem still exist.
This fm tuner works - but onboard sound appears in the system only if I remove tuner out of the slot.
