LCD Monitor

Not sure if the monitor is dead or their is a driver issue, A friend has dropped of his LCD monitor, he is saying the screen has remained blue since he was hit by a virus, I have tried installing on my pc and sure enough it is blue, tried altering a few of the menu settings but nothing, the model is a Relisys TL770.
Any thoughts??
