nforce switch off

i have a serious prob my pc restarts everytime i play a graphic intensive game like unreal tournament 2003. i am using the asus nvidia nforce 220d motherboard. i never had this prob before when using the elite k7s5a motherboard. my friend also has the same board and has the same prob. i have already flashed the bios so that could not be causing the prob.

any help will be welcomed!!
