refort guide for dell deminsion 4100 win me

where can I print step by step instructions for my friend to:
reformat her hard drive and be able to get up and running?
she has a : Dell Dimension 4100 with windows me
please help her out!

boy you get one thing fixed 10 more come around the corner.
For someone reason when I got up and powered up my hewlett packard, I found my yahoo and msn toolbars missing.
No where to be found
If I remove from add/remove and re-download, I still can't find them.
Any suggestions?
Please help me!

Are you planning on upgrading the system to newer O/S?

The computer should of come with a disk that should in theory have the ability to re-do ME assuming that's what you want.
If this is the case you should refer to Dells documentation for help.

What happens when you right click on the toolbar (an empty space)......are the toolbar options there for you to choose and are they checked off?
