Windows cannot determine the user or computer name.
i had a network of 25 systems server is 2003 enterprise edition
and clients are 2000proff/xp
in server we had a dns address that is provided by the webhostprovider add is:203.145.184.13 and alternate add:202.56.192.1
in server i got an error message as follows

DNS server IP address: 192.220.124.10

Returned Status Code: 9017

To initiate registration of the DNS records by this domain controller, run 'nltest.exe /dsregdns' from the command prompt on the domain controller or restart Net Logon service. Nltest.exe is available in the Microsoft Windows Server Resource Kit CD.
Or, you can manually add this record to DNS, but it is not recommended.

in all clients i found an error message as follows:

but i did all the action said by above i cant understand
can anybody clear my problem
