Printer and spooler problem!!!

Hi,
I have a problem! I cant install hp 670C in windows XP! Simple!!! When install is finish, Windows tell me this: The RPC server is unavailable!

When I am go to Print and faxes and want to install printer, I cant because is show up this: Operation could not be completed. The printer spooler service is not runinng.

Print spooler in msconfig\services is not running(stoped), and in menage\services and applications\services\print spooler also is not running! And I cant start, because path to executable is emty! I think that is the problem! Please tell me how to put path in print spooler service?

Go into your printers folder
Right click your printer and set it to default
