Question problem dismantling Medion laptop

Hi
I am trying to dismantle my Medion Laptop (MD2592) as I need to add some memory - I have loosened all visible screws but I still can't open it.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Thanks for your help
I downloaded the manual but it is very basic and contains no dismantling information.
I have sent an EMail to the Medion support team and I'm waiting their reply.
