Can't install a printer!
HELP!!!!!!!!!
A few days a go I realized that my printer had dissapeared from the printers menu and all the programs I was trying to print from wound't find it saying that no printer was installed. I then checked in the control panel and in fact it had dissapeared. I went to the ADD A PRINTER button but when I pressed it it said: OPERATIOM COULD NOT BE COMPLETED. Then I tried doing it manually so I went to the add new hardware menu and tried adding it. I selected the make and model numbers and finally pressed install. (I used the newest drivers). It gave me an error message saying: An error occured during the installatio of the device - The RCP server is unavailable. HELP PLEASE I AM DESPERATE. The printer is an HP 640C, and I am using Windows XP Professional.
