Angry Help Reboots

ok this is going to long so please be patient,

I have random reboots and no error messages in event log.

I have Athlon XP 2400+ Pentium 3ghz
DDRAM 1gb DDRAM 256mb
TI 5700 Nvidia 128mb TI 4600 Nvidia 128mb
Creative Audigy plat onboard sound
KT Ultra Intel 845

I have 3 new hard drives and 2 new psu's
also all 3 ddrams are new and compatable with the boards.

Done fresh installs of windows xp pro and xp home (real genuine)

I have default settings for bios, and all setup for 133.

.................................................. ......................................

Every time I use the pc it stops and reboots. using any program or nothing at all. I have tried new coolers (NOT stock fans) and installed ok.. running at 30oC Athlon and 44oC Pentium. Added new system fans blowing in. new keyboard and mouse and even tried a spare monitor. YET every time it reboots at random, sometimes a day/days/hours/minutes.... sometimes at boot not all programs run, e.g, msn fails to run or norton.. The pentium has all new components even reboots using onboard video.

I have read all forums and asked many people and no real help.

PLEASE help.. the only 2 things I can say is minidumps happen and if using too much bandwidth it also reboots.. (theese I have seen for myself) so could it be my isp/cable modem... 4mb

THX and will await a reply if anyone can help

Did this suddenly start happening if so can you recall anything you did prior to it's start [adding hardware, software or somethin of the sort], well if it started from day one of your computer purchase then thats also another case, are you sure about your power stability I don't know about that side but this side, we lost a few sales cos we didn't consider advising people to have surge protector.
Also don't give up on looking from other places for help Good luck.

yes I have a ppower surge protector... my psu blew on my yesterday and I have changed psu for Q-TEC to MERCURY... both power supplys were Q-TEC and I think they were at fault. But as far as I know about software etc, it started about 1 year ago and have added so much software since then.. I have now started hitting pc with a large hammer its so frustrating....

FIX FOR NDIS.SYS

today I been trying to sort out a problem with ndis.sys crashing my pc.. been happening for a long time... I HAVE FIXED IT...

I simply moved my lan/nic card to another pci slot.

I have read loads of forums about ways to fix it but NONE included moving the card.

If this helps anyone else then I will be very happy
