Disappearing DVD
Recently installed some new software - HP PSC 2355 printer/copier and the iPod software. If I installed just one of the software, no problems but as soon as I install the second (it didn't matter what order) and rebooted, the DVD failed to appaer in My Computer. If you put a CD/DVD in, the lights turn on, but nothing else happens. If you try to access the drive (I have a shortcut to a program which runs from the Drive), it says "Please insert a CD and restart application (even if a CD is already in the drive).
My biggest problem is that the Drive does not appear at all on MY Computer.
Any suggestiuons??
Running P4 2.8GHz, Windows XP Professional, and the drive is an LG GSA-4082B (super multi DVD drive).
