PCMCIA card conflict with PS/2 Keyboard
Background information:
I purchased a kiosk awhile ago and started working on it to put it in
my car. It's basically a celeron 400mhz laptop in a heavy zink case
with a 10.5" touch screen. It has a USB 1.0 plug, a laptop PS2 plug (I
have to use a ps2 splitter cable for keyboard and mouse), and two
PCMCIA slots. Operating system is Windows 98.
For this to work in my car and have the features I need, I purchased a
linksys wcp11 wireless-b PCMCIA card, and a buslink USB 2.0 cardbus
for notebooks.
--------------------
The problem:
A: If I have the wireless-b card plugged in with a keyboard connected
through the ps2 splitter, both work perfectly fine.
B: If I have the USB cardbus plugged in with the wireless-b card, the
computer freezes.
C: If I have the USB cardbus plugged in with the keyboard, the
computer freezes.
Sometimes unplugging the cardbus will allow the computer to unlock and
work again, but for the most part it just locks up, the touch screen
stops responding, and the computer sits and no activity is apparent
from internals.
My dad said it was a possible IRQ conflict, but when he looked at it
for a few minutes, he said that it *looked* like everything was ok,
but he wasn't possitive. So, below is the list of IRQ's exactly as it
appears.
If anyone needs more information to figure this out, I'll give
whatever information I can, I'm desperate to get this working so I can
get my project finished.

00 System timer

12 PS/2 Communications Port (COM9)
13 Numeric data processor
14 Intel 82371AB/EB Pci Bus Master IDE Controller

Don't know if that helps, but if anyone can PLEASE help me out here
I'm stumped and really hoping to finish this project correctly.
