cannot load monitor driver after reloading xp

I reloaded windows xp on my Dell Dimension 4700 and now my monitor settings are at default and doesn't give me access to "properties". Is there another driver that I need to install?

visit the dell supportt site with your service tag. get the video driver from there and bing bang bong!
