I need to change a IRQ but I can't.....

I just bought a W-lan. Now I tried to install the pcmcia adadapter but it's gives an IRQ error. It want to use IRQ eleven but that one is alreadt taken by the "O2Micro OZ6812 CardBus Controller". When I trie to change the IRQ xp says it isn't allowed and that I have to change the "setting based on". Wich is now set on 0000. I can't change this because I can only select the 0000 from the dropdown menu.

I'm really lost here and could use some help.
