Hardware failure, IRQ shared

Hi, my graphics card (pci nVidia geforcefx 5200) works fine but every so often when playing games (happens mainly in Matrix online and counterstrike source) i get a blue screen saying hardware failure. The games run great and despite being such an old card it handles all new games perfectly. Following instructions from my graphics card help page I discovered that the pci IRQ slots are all trying to be used by something(!?) and because of this theres constant conficting. I dont know how to delete/disable the other thing from using the IRQ slot and untill then playing games gets tedious because of constant lock ups.

System specs are:
Windows XP
512mb RAM
3.06GHZ Intel pentium 4 Hyperthreading
Geforce fx 5200
onboard sound
80GB hard dri

Ive included this image and as you can see IRQ port 18 is being used by something else aswell as the other 3 slots.

ps. In the image the post says its my onboard graphics but i realised its not but it is something else thats Intel.
