Question Configuration of five IDE drives?

I have five drives to my computer:
1. 120 Gb hard drive
2. 8 Gb hard drive
3. DVD
4. CD-RW
5 Zip drive

The 120 Gb drive I just recently bought and I have now transferred the Win XP Pro system to that drive from the 8 Gb drive. So at present I use drive 1, 3, 4 and 5 on the motherbord IDE channels.

BUT, I also bought an Ultra ATA-133 PCI controller to take advantage of the fast 120 Gb hard drive. So I tried to put the 120 Gb drive on the Ultra ATA-133 PCI controller card, still not using the old 8 Gb drive. But then the computer cannot boot. With my dumb Compaq 5670 I cannot tell BIOS not to use the motherboard IDE channels.

So my question is: How should I configure my computer so that I can put the 120 Gb on the Ultra ATA-133 PCI controller and still be able to boot the machine?
