Help installing Graphics Card

I am trying to install a new graphics card on my Hp Pavilion 520w. The card that I am trying to use is XFX nVIDIA GeForce MX4000 Video Card, 128MB DDR, 64-bit, DVI/TV Out, PCI, Model "PVT98LNA" . I uninstalled my current video card(which was the factory installed one) through the device manager. Then I shut down the pc, inserted the new card. Then I try to reboot and all I get is a black screen. Can someone please help me?

Installing video card.
Uninstall video card in device manager.
Shut system down.
Remove old video card.
Start system ( You may get a black screen) then Place video card CD in CD player and shut down.
Install video card.
Start system and it should detect new hardware and allow CD to install drivers.
