after reboot computer graphic and sound card got problem !!

erm.. recently i found that after i reboot computer i found that both my graphic and sound card cant be detected. is there any way i can update those driver ? the device manager showed that '!' and '?' next to Aztect 2320 compatible PnP audio (WMD) and sound blaster 16. this resulted that no sound from my computer and i also tried to change the speaker in the end it still remaine the same. while the graphic is like a wave(or it look like lagging) while i scroll down the page. can anyone help me with that probelm ? urgent !!!

Assuming you haven't had the case open and gone in with a screwdriver, use System Restore (on ME & XP) to restore your PC configuration to a date you know the sound & graphics were working perfectly. Click Start->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore.
