I'm spent too many hours now to try and stream live TV I have no problems using Windows Media Encoder (WME) and can stream my video camera and web camera and soud.
My problem appears to be with the Video turner card locking up. At one point I had a picture output on the monitor stream but can't be sure.
I have a Medion 7134 WVM tuner - it works well on the PC and I have a few options in WDM:- 1. ATI video Capture 2. Medion 7134 WDM Video Capture and 3. Default video device. None of these appear to work.
I've tried various variables. Should I be using PALB PAL I or other, I do get flashing lines when using NTSC M but no pic. I must have something to do with the drivers which possible are not compatible I think.
Can someone advise who may have done video streaming to their PC using the smae tuner card I have (Medion 7134 WVM tuner) which allows a composite video signal, which is the one I would like to use, but I can't even get the tuner to work using WDM.
Any experts out there that can save me pulling my hair out, what I have left. I thinnk I must have tried every combination of variables, but am now just going rounfd and round.
I've also spent alot of time on the internet to try and resolve the issue. And used step by step instructions.
still nothing. HELP ME PLEASE
