W32Dasm, Defragmenter, and Disk Utility

Hi friends,
Currenty I need 3 kinds of software, that is:
1. W32Dasm v8.94 or newer version.
I've used version 8.9, but it seems like it does'nt work fine in WinXP.
Coz after we've disassembled anything, it just shows us tons of Unknown
ASCII and symbols. Though it works really good in Win98SE.
I've used Yahoo! search engine a lot, but still can't find a correct link.
Anybody has a working URL?
2. A great defragmenter <freeware>, that is similar to Norton Speed Disk.
3. A great Disk Utility <freeware>, that is similar to Norton System Check +
Norton Disk Doctor.

for tune up try to use the Tne Up Utilities 2004..
