New Medion 96290 No Sound xp

Hi, i just purchased a new medion laptop from aldi.
I removed my vista and installed my win xp. I had some problems first with recognizing my hd's because of the SATA thing, my xp didn't recognized the hd's. So i made some bootcd with xp with nlite to install those drivers
Now everything works except my sound drivers, i tried already to download this driver Realtek Semiconductor Corp. High Definition Audio System Software Ver:R1.67 on the medion site, but still nothing, windows already installed sound drivers and it doesn't work i also can't remove it, i only can update it. But it always says that the drivers are already been updated.
I only get the beep sound when i get a warning, sound worked fine on vista.
I think maybe if i remove the sound drivers some how and install the drivers from the site, it maybe will work again. Someone can help me ?

what i did

i followed those steps

copy machine.inf from c:\windows\inf to a temp dir on your desktop
delete line 20 which has the text: ExcludeFromSelect=*

copy the following files to the same temp directory on your desktop:
swenum.sys from c:windows\system32\drivers
streamci.dll from c:\windows\system32
and added this drivers -> didn't work -> i did go to safe mode and unistall all drivers, because it was't possible in windows normal mode to unistall it.

Then again i installed the audio realtek drivers + one pci bus, because it had a warning sign for it. i was going to reboot and when i did that i did get the logoff sound from windows.
After the reboot -> sound gone again, i had also new sound drivers added with the name microsoft audio... I disable it and remove it. Now i only see the realtek but still no sound, what the hell can i still do :/

you should right click on the yellow ? first and uninstall drivers there, make sure your connected to the net then restart pc and let hardware wizard find drivers for you,if that dosnt work, uninstall yellows again and download ants suggested drivers again and restart pc again and let windows do its thing.
