Helppppppp !

I have 786mb of RAM and lately, after replacing my hard drive, I cannot play any games that I install. For instance I installed Black Hawk Down and it would not run.

Later it came up with the error "you need 64mb RAM minimum to play this game" which is illogical since I clearly have more RAM than that. When I check my RAM in BIOS it states that there is 768, but when I check it under Control Panel under System, it states that there is 760 RAM. What is going on, please help !!

Shot in the dark

It could be just a complete coincidence that it started happening when you replaced your HDD. Might have nothing to do with it.

What I would do is test each stick of RAM on its own.
Plug one in, check the BIOS then go into Windows and see there.
Once you tested all sticks individualy you will have a better picture.

If all RAM modules function OK on their own then investigate the drive...

Keep it cool....
