IBM Netvista unable to access CMOS setup

I have a Netvista Celeron 1gig I am working on right now. It is caught in an Reboot loop and I am unable to run ERD Commander or XP CD off the cd as its not set to boot from it.

I have tried F1, F10, F12 for the setup menu and I have got to a setup menu but in no place am I able to choose Bootup settings.

Can anyone shed some light on this.

Thanx

From What I have seen in the past, the button to get into the BIOS settings is either the 'Delete' button or the 'F2' button.

Try these as soon as the computer comes on.
Is the sytem ready made or have you built it your self?
Looping like that does not sound healthy and does not sound like it can be controlled from the BIOS settings

Come back if you cannot get into your BIOS.

Keep it cool!
