help!

Well !
I just installed a wacom tablet on my computer.via -serial port --
threw the install cd.
No problems.
But now the harware wizard keeps popping up saying new hardware found ??
I tryed deleteing the installed entrys in the hardware system settings--
but i still get the same problem???

The hardware might not be compatible with XP, I had this happen to me with an older webcam that wasn't compatible with XP. I would say try uninstalling the driver through add/remove programs, downloading the newest driver, installing the new driver, and then rebooting after plugging in the device.
