Cant find where all hardware specs

I cant find the Specifications of my video card, and i dont have the CD for it. how do i find it on my comp? I have a Win. XP, newly installed on a 900Mz AMD. If that helps at all.

Go to Device Manager, Start > Control Panel > double click System > choose Hardware tab > choose Device Manager > in root tree look under Display Adapter and also Sound, Video and game controllers, this will show what Graphic card and Video card are installed.
