Can My Power Supply Support This?

i need a recommendation, this is the only thing i ahve trouble doing, it gettinf the right power supply. currently i have a 420w, should i upgrade to 500, 550 or 600?



ATI Radeon X800 XL 256MB AGP8X
Maxtor 200gb
seagate 120gb sata
seagate 400gb sata
7 Antec LED Cooling Fans
soundblaster audigy 2 zs platinum pro
athlon xp3200+
OCZ dual channel 1gb premier series.
