Question K8Vx Motherboard System Reboots

Buit new pc, but system keeps rebooting intermitantly for no reason, no conflict on board and no errors showing. Has anyone had similar prob? and how can I resolve this issue?

did you buy this PC from a company or did you build it or was it purchased from a company, then you later replaced the motherboard?
