Angry Virtual serial port problem

Hey, anyone is familiar with virtual serial port, or virtual null modem? Well, if you are you can maybe help me.
First I post this new thread here because it might be a hardwere problem.
The thing is when I try to install virtual serial port kit, the trial version, pops up the following problem: “Installation error (-536870389). Module:Instaldriver (349).”
I also have similar problems when I try to install programs like virtual serial port driver xp and virtual null modem setup.
I use a laptop HP pavilion zd 7000. It does not have physical serial ports.
Attached is the DxDiag.txt with my information, hop you have a solution because I really need to use one of this programs program.
Thanks guys!!!
