Microtek Scanner not Working

I newly buy Microtek scanner - Scanmaker 5800, This Scanner is I use with my PC with the following specification:
- Motherboard PCpartner RS480AK9-A58S ATI Radeon® Xpress 200
- Processor : AMD Athlon 64 3000+
- RAM : DDR 526 MB (218 MB x 2)
- Hardisk : Western Digital = 80 MB ATA (formatted 4 partition @ 20 MB)
- PSU : 400 watt
- DVD / CD RW Dual Layer Samsung
- Monitor CRT Samsung 17 inch series 793MB
- OS : Microsoft Win XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2

This Scanner I have paired to my PC but this scanner cannot be functioned, though my Scanner in status of unlock, all instructions I have followed and driver in CD Bundle I have installed in my WinXP. At tray I see icon of Microtek Scanner Finder icon always show note is scanner not ready, and if I run find scanner the result is no scanner can be recognized (field in Scanner Found is blank).
I have checked all setting either in BIOS and also in WinXP (System properties), the scanner, USB port and others device can be recognized (device status working properly and Digital signer: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Pub) and don’t have any conflict status at all device.

While USB cable from scanner plug into my USB port at my PC, and I open My Computer or MS Explore but it just only partition C (drive C) can be appear and other partition (D,E,F) and CD Drive is disappear. And then I see MyComputer or MS Explore still in process and cannot finish it though I have waited it for a long time.
After that my WinXP become unstable, to make it normal I must restart my WinXP and unplugged USB cable out from my PC.

To solve this problem I try to download and used the new driver from Microtek website (ScanWizard_5_v6.10.zip) and PCPartner website, I also try to reinstall WinXP and then install the scanwizard driver at first but my scanner still cannot be functioned it, the problem is still same at above.

To ensure no damage at my scanner, I have tried to use my scanner at two another PC (OS WinXP) and my scanner can be functioned and work very well at those PC.
Others information: USB port at my PC have no problem if I use with USB Flash Drive and sharing file with Digital Camera.

So what wrong with my scanner, please help me to solve this problem.
