LCD monitor and old video card...

well...i can't really upgrade my computer, my video card is the old AGP port (3.3V i think) so the newer AGP cards doesn't work with it.

the only way i could upgrade would be with a PCI video card...

tell me...all PCI cards, newest and older, work in ANY of the PCI ports?

my main board is a ABit BE6, it have like 4 PCI ports, 1 AGP "1.0" port, and 2 ISA (oooold) ports.

so if i find a new PCI video card soon, i could use this one instead....sure it's less faster than AGP, but at least it'll be better for my computer...and games too, and i think there's no big speed difference between PCI and AGP

oh yeah, i have another question: the Hertz (Hz) setting on LCD monitors, it doesn't have any impact on the eyes anymore, right?

No problem with PCI as AGP. SO yes no problem. You might have to disable AGP in you BIOS. Refresh recommended setting is above 70Hz but below 100Hz
