It doesn't show me as having a Network Adapter at all... So now I am stuck and I can't find anyway to get this to work, I tried un-installing and re-installing a few times. Any help would be appreciated.

It should show in device manager how many network adaptors are available, if your new one isn't there, try and put it in to another PCi slot.

Or see if its disable for some reason.
