Unhappy Graphics card while playing games2

It all started when I downloaded ATItool, and started the tests for max memory and GPU speed. The tests were taking forever, and I never actually managed to finish either of them. But during the test, some artefacts started to show up, but ATItool didn't recognize them. Since then, when playing a game for some time, the display just goes berserk. Some weird lines or triangles start flashing from the center of the screen, and when I exit the game, the flashing stops, but my screen is full of artefacts. This particularly happens when I play Jedi academy, and I have noticed that the lightsaber hsa something to do with it, because when I switch to another weapon, the flashing is not so intense. I have a GeCube Radeon GT 9550XT, it has an active cooler, and i have cleaned it from dust, but it doesn't help much.
Oh yeah, when I exit the game, the GPU temperature is about 62°C.

If your card is over heating, it might not be functioning correctly with the games you're playing, the game might be too much for the card and a new card might be in order.

Thanks, I think the problem is in the cooling system, could you please give me some advice on how I can fix it? I mean, what kind of cooler should I buy, what's compatible with this card?

The problem was my cooler was dead For who knows how long now, so the gpu's dead, i mean not quite dead, but it's extremely sensitive to temperatures above 50

I'm never overclocking my gpu or anything else again
