Help...audio drivers problem lol...

I recently have re-formatted my pc, but this time; my Multimedia Audio and Video driver's havn't installed, and cannot find the necessary hardware for the device, after searching. Therefore, no sound works on my SYSTEM, and it cannot play any music. Please help me

My PC Specs:
Intel (R)
Pentium (R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
3.20GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM
Legacy Audio Drivers (afraid that's all I know.)

Thx for replies...

Ok, please supply the Manufacturer and Model of your PC for example:

Dell Dimension 4700 etc etc...

Then we can try find out which Audio Devices are attached to your system and then find the appropriate drivers

Ok, your audio should be: AC'97 CODEC 16-bit and I think the driver can be obtained from: http://www.soundcard-drivers.com/drivers/125/125015.htm (Note: you have to register but this is free)

Your video should be: Nvidia GeForce FX5200 however I cannot find a link to where this can be found.

Hope this helps

Hi, A little advice. Windoz does not have all prossible drivers. Never re-format unless you know you have or can get all the necessary drivers. Jim
