new case and pc starts for a sec and fans spin once!!

hi i got a new computer case plugged everything up and the fans spin for a second and then goes off all i have done is get a new case???? so jumpers and psu is right cos of before?

well tht aint it i know how to howtwire the motherboard instead of using the switch and i did same thing so sumthing i havnt done right or psu is brocken or sumthing?

i had to put rubber underneath motherboard!
