Blue Screen of Death

I installed new memory last week, when I first installed it I got a blue screen. I am using Wndows 2000 SP3. The error being:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_HANDLED Address EB4708D3.......... If this s the first time you have had etc..........

So I took the memory out and put the old memory back in. I was still getting the same error. I then put the new memory back in and it worked I managed to get into windows.

I came into work this morning and I am getting the error again. I cannot even boot from CD or in safe mode.

Any Ideas?
