"Drive not ready system halted"

hey I dont really knw much about computers, but I kinda dropped my computer tower the other day by accident and when I tried put it on i got the message "drive not ready system halted".
Ive tried restarting and making sure the cables are ok but I still keep getting the same message?

what should I do?
will I be able to recover any of my files?

open your cabinet and check everything is Ok.
