DVD problem

I just installed a new DVD RW drive but cannot copy any files directly to it. There are errors. I can burn DVDs through software though. The format of the drive is RAW. Any ideas?

if i read u right...u need to enable drag and drop on the drive ( DLA)

right click the drive...go to properities...and see do u have a DLA tab.....
